These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Poop Bandits LLC, located at https://dogpoopbandits.com/.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Poop Bandits if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logged on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Rules
As the Client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard and notification of any changes in the number of dogs.
If for any reason your dog(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
Either party may terminate service at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
If your scoop day happens to fall on or near a holiday we will do our best to get your scoop done right before or soon after the holiday.
We do not work the last week of the year and you will not be charged for that week.
If your lawn is thick and over grown or covered in leaves we cannot guarantee a full scoop has been done but we will try our best.
Please be sure your gate is unlocked, if it is locked we will not be able to scoop. Please be sure the gate is unlocked or provide a key or combination.
Your dogs can be in the yard while we scoop if they are not aggressive. If you are not sure, we can set up a time to introduce your dogs and the technician who will be servicing your yard.
